Account & Data Deletion

1. Send an email from the address connected to your AivaFleet account to info@aivafleet.com.
2. Use the subject: AivaFleet Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your full name, registered email address or phone number, organization name if applicable, and specify whether the request concerns AivaFleet Subscriber or AivaFleet Driver.
4. Do not send your password, one-time password, government ID, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

We may request limited additional information to verify the account holder and prevent unauthorized deletion. Driver accounts managed by an employer or fleet organization may require coordination with that organization.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize the account and associated personal data unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, contractual, employment, tax, legal, or regulatory reasons.

• Account and profile information.
• App preferences and notification identifiers.
• Personal trip, task, support, or app-usage information associated with the account, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Certain records may be retained when required by law, contract, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or an organization's legitimate fleet or employment recordkeeping obligations. Retained information will be limited to the required purpose and period.
